RETURN POLICY

We work very hard to deliver our customers with latest fashion products with awesome quality. If you did not like the fit, color or design of the product please return us with in 15 days of receipt of the product.
To initiate the return process simply email us to info@fosene.in  with the order number mentioned on it.

Make sure to follow the points while returning

• Return request needs to be initiated with 15 days of delivery of the product
  

• Returned items should be unused and unwashed, and should be returned with the actual packing and tags in place. Items returned without tags will not be accepted.
  

• Any returned item received by us doesn't meet the above conditions will be not be accepted, will be returned to the customer at their expense.
